What do you need?
Now that you’ve decided to invest in a holiday home, you should have a pretty good idea of what you want. Before you come to see us we would like for you to be clear about what you want from your Orlando property. Would you like to see only new homes or are you interested in viewing re-sales also? Is a swimming pool important to you? How many bedrooms do you need? Would you like a games room? How close to the major attractions would you like to be? And most importantly what your budget is. All these questions will help us understand your specific requirements and enable us to single out homes that will be of interest to you. We have instant access to all homes available for sale whether they are new, re-sales or even foreclosures.
How to begin?
We will arrange a mutually agreeable time for us to meet and one of our friendly staff will come and meet you. Before we head out on the road it’s important to take time to have a quick chat, get to know each other better and re-acquaint ourselves with exactly what it is you are looking tp achieve. Any questions you have can be answered, you can speak to our in house mortgage broker who will help you work out your budget and what options are available. Once we’ve set a plan for the day, we can get out and view some houses.
When choosing a new property it is extremely important to consider the area you will be buying in to ensure it suits you and your family. To start with it’s a good idea to get to know what Orlando has to offer, where everything is and in particular realize areas you are not so keen on. Once you are more familiar with the area we can personalize your tour and head for houses that ideally suit you. Our tours are taken at your pace, so you can see a few or as many properties as you like and there is absolutely no pressure to buy.
Whilst you may want to see as many properties as possible during the day, we don’t advise seeing more than four; otherwise it can be somewhat overwhelming. That said, there can be flexibility, for instance if there are two or three within the same subdivision. You will be shown a variety of differing properties to ensure you get a good feel for what is out there and you can see what is available for your money. There is plenty to suit every budget and taste.
It is important to speak to various people here that you will require once a purchase has been made such as management to discuss rentals during your absence if that is required, tax specialists and accountants and opening a bank account. Once you have finished viewing properties for the day you can sit back, relax, reflect on what you’ve seen and have an enjoyable evening.
It is recommended that you spend a minimum of three days viewing properties. This is an important decision and it does not need to be rushed. We are happy to take as much time as you need in order for you to make the right choice and if that choice means that you go ahead and purchase your Florida vacation home then we will guide you through every step of the way.
The Packge

You should allow at least 5 days for viewings, although obviously you can spend longer and enjoy the sights. Given that the price of flights and accommodation are not cheap, it is recommended that you only book a trip if you are seriously interesting in buying a property in Orlando.
